Personal Training

Our Personal Training program offers fantastic one-on-one exercise guidance at competitive prices. These packages are specifically designed to develop permanent, positive changes to your health, your level of physical fitness and your overall well-being. Following your initial consultation, interview and body composition reports and analyses, your progress is carefully tracked over the course of your training program with periodic reevaluations to ensure that you are progressing at an appropriate pace toward meeting your ultimate fitness goals.


Experience the motivation, fun, and accountability of training in a small group along with the personal attention of one-on-one training. Semi-private training sessions are for groups of 2-4 people. These sessions are great for couples, friends, sports teams, wedding parties, or anyone who wants the benefit of personal training at a more cost-effective rate. Workouts are one-hour and customized to the people in the class. All are welcome, beginners to advanced. Our experienced coaches make all exercises completely modifiable to your fitness level.

Group Training

This class is a total body workout! We use resistance and cardio training techniques to improve your endurance while building strength and muscle. Circuit training allows you to fit a huge variety of movements into your workout–meaning a full body challenge, and none of the boredom that can come with repetitive exercises. Plus, circuit training has all the metabolism and mood-boosting benefits of standard resistance training, just in a quicker format! Group training sessions for up to 10 people.

Virtual Training

Virtual training is perfect for you if you are working. from home, Not comfortable going to gym, or just want to roll out of bed and have your assigned coach ready to help you get your fitness journey going all on a computer or your phone.
